All maree & co. orders are packaged carefully by hand and products are beautifully gift-wrapped. All orders are sent from the maree & co studio and will ship within 1-5 working days of orders placed. If your order is likely to fall outside of this time maree & co will notify you immediately with an expected delivery date.
Shipping is charged as follows:
Free shipping is available for all orders $150 and over NZ wide only
Flat rate NZ wide $6
Rural Charges $3
Flat rate Australia $20
Flat rate Worldwide $30
For some larger items, an additional charge is required due to size and / or weight, which will be shown at the checkout. All furniture will be quoted to you once your order has been placed. We do this to find the most economical way of getting the order to you.
NOTE: All ‘Free Shipping’ specials do not include any Furniture items. We will offer a discounted rate once we have found the best freight option for you.
Standard Post (not tracked) 3-14 working days flat rate $20.00 – $30 depending on country.
All worldwide orders are sent via standard post and are not tracked. If you would like an item couriered please email email@example.com to receive a quote.
Please be aware purchaser is liable for any additional taxes/import duty that may incur during transit and/or on delivery.
maree & co uses the DPS payment express payment gateway for it’s online credit card transactions. Once an order has been confirmed, DPS will securely process payment on behalf of maree & co. This is a very easy credit card processing service for customer. Please note we don’t accept AMEX with DPS only Visa and Mastercard.
DPS processes online credit card transactions securely for thousands of merchants globally, providing a safe and secure online payment service. Payments are processed in real-time. maree & co does not have access to your full card number, this credit card payment is secured by DPS. DPS have bank grade security. All transaction details are stored in their PCI-DSS compliant Data Centre.

For NZ customers only. Once your order has been placed we will then email you our account details for payment. Goods will be held for 2 working days from date of order for payment to appear, if it does not then the order will be cancelled & goods placed back into stock.
Prices, Products and Services
All prices under the Maree & Co Shop are in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of GST and any other applicable sales tax. Please note that we reserve the right to alter the prices at any time for any reason. Prices are subject to change and do not include delivery. Invoices are not sent with orders, but can be requested by PDF over email.
Out of stock and back orders
If any goods are out of stock, we will notify you via email immediately to arrange a back order, replacement or refund for your order. Once your backorder has arrived into stock we will contact you via email to notify your goods have arrived in.
Exchanges, Refunds & Returns
While we make every effort to describe our goods in detail, please remember that some of our goods are handmade, and the perfection is in the imperfection. Colours may vary slightly between products and from what you see on your screen. If for any reason you are not happy with your order please contact maree & co as soon as possible. If the product is faulty we will happily replace this. If the product is out of stock we will refund your money or offer you a credit. Maree & co needs to be notified within 7 days of receiving the goods. If you change your mind, exchanging goods is at the discretion of maree & co. You will require proof of purchase to return or exchange the product. If the product has been damaged in transit, please let us know immediately and we will exchange this for you and contact the courier company directly to sort out any claims.
